Q: Is the building ready for move-in?
A: Yes, it is!
Q: Is parking included or extra?
A: Parking is an additional $150/month per stall
Q: Will there be a gym in the building?
A: The building does not have a gym. There is a gym and yoga studio within walking distance of the building.
Q: Are there lofts on the top floor as well?
A: No. All seven loft suites are on the ground floor facing North.
Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Yes, pets are allowed with management approval.
Q: Are Airbnb rentals allowed?
A: No, Airbnb or other sublets are not allowed.
